The Goodness of God.

"Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever." Psalm 23:6:

How amazing is God’s love for us that he chases after us even when we run away. He desires so much to be in a relationship with us and he’s so patient and kind and merciful when we mess up.  A Holy God who spoke the universe into existence desires and loves us so much that when we are lost, he comes to find us. He lifts us out of the pit and sits our feet on solid rock. Revelation 3:20: tells that he stands at the door and knocks and if you open the door he will come in and eat with us.  Jesus left the splendor of Heaven to suffer on the cross for the forgiveness of our sins. That's the true Goodness of God.
