“Rescue” by Lauren Daigle is this week’s choice. The words of this song hit deeply when you reflect on how much Jesus loves us. Even in our brokenness, He never stops searching for us and never stops coming to rescue us. The idea that He would send out an army to find us, and that there is no distance He would not go to reach us, is incredibly powerful. Listening to this song reminds me that His love for us is greater than any love we could ever experience from another person. That kind of love is truly special.
